M Waterfront Grille - Naples Maxwell's Reincarnation
M Waterfront Grille opened with a happy crowd, sampling Executive Chef Brian Roland's delicious cuisine. Formerly Maxwell's on the Bay, Owners Peter and Chris Sereno pulled out all stops revamping Maxwell's into a sleek, cutting edge culinary destination. New autumnal decor, and Chef Brian's (formerly at Fort Myers' Cru) creative talents, served at reasonable prices, ensure M's success for the coming years.

Naples Daily News' eager reporter Tara McLaughlin recently asserted, "M Waterfront will have to prove its culinary vision to the pallets of the people, both the younger clientele they hope to attract and the regulars who were loyal to Maxwell’s." - Naples Daily News- Monday, October 13, 2008.
Whether young Tara, her handy "spell checker",and her editor are talking a gustatory palate, a shipping pallet or a painter's palette, I'm not too sure. M Waterfront's decorative, and especially Chef Roland's culinary palette have proved its vision to my palate, and to others, by using The Right Stuff. Maxwell's regulars will be surprised by the innovations, and hopefully many will expand their dining horizons. "If you build it, they will come"...and most importantly, keep coming back.

I had to wait for my food and my check for so long...The food was nothing special. They need to retrain their manager and wait staff, very rude and not friendly.
The food is perfect!!! Healthy, organic and local produce that is not so sauced up and salty like most dining out experiences. The atmosphere is classy, lively, and comfortable. My friends and I just love it!! And, I love that it is locally owned! Success!!
